Production Associate

Location: Ontario, CA
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Status: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Openings: 6 Immediate Positions Available

We are currently hiring 6 Production Workers for immediate openings in Ontario, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience who are looking for a stable schedule and long-term employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and prepare products according to work orders and production specifications
  • Measure, stretch, sew, and prepare materials for production
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment
  • Retrieve and organize materials needed for production
  • Assist with inventory organization and material handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Communicate production concerns, material shortages, or quality issues to supervisors
  • Support other departments as needed to meet production goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial sewing machines
  • Experience working with fabric products, netting, padding, or similar materials
  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
